When is the sales contract concluded?
Please note that an order will only be accepted after written confirmation from Anwama, as we produce the garment especially for you. Please refer to the product description of each product for the respective production time. About the exact duration of the production you will be informed by us in the confirmation e-mail. The production takes place as soon as possible after receipt of payment. If it is not possible for us to process your order you will immediately receive your payment back.

We ship the goods made especially for you climate-neutral with DHL GoGreen. Climate protection projects compensate for the greenhouse gases caused by the transport. You will be informed by e-mail about the shipment of the goods and will receive the DHL tracking number for your parcel. Delivery takes place within Germany and to the following countries: EU member states.
Shipping to German islands is excluded. The shipping costs include VAT.

Please note that for deliveries outside the EU there may be additional costs, such as customs duties or taxey, to be paid by the buyer.
If no other deadline is stated in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods within Germany takes place within 8-10 working days, outside of Germany within 10-14 working days after conclusion of the contract (with agreed advance payment after the date of your payment order).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. The delivery time in this case is determined by the article with the longest delivery time you have ordered

You can return your order to us free of charge within 14 days if you are not satisfied with the product. If you would like to exchange the article, we kindly ask you to place a new order.
- Please inform us by e-mail (email@example.com) about your return. We will send you the return label as soon as possible.
- Please fill out the enclosed returns form and put it in the package.
- Please print out the return label and stick it on the parcel.
- Please deliver the package to a DHL station.
You will be informed by e-mail about the arrival of your return. Your return will be processed as quickly as possible and your refund will be credited to the same form of payment from where the purchase was made.
From outside of Germany
- Please fill out the enclosed returns form and put it in the package
- Returns from outside of Germany are chargeable. Please send the package to the address below. We would suggest you use a trackable service from your local post service in case of any loss. We can only take responsibility for items once they are delivered. We can not take responsibility for a lost package without tracking number. Thank you very much.
- You will be informed by e-mail about the arrival of your return. Your return will be processed as quickly as possible and your refund will be credited to the same form of payment from where the purchase was made.
How can I complain about a damaged product?
Your item is broken or damaged? We are very sorry. In case of a complaint, please inform us via the contact form, by phone +49 (0) 178 876 3626 or email firstname.lastname@example.org about the damage, so we can make a first evaluation and discuss the further procedure. In order to simplify and speed up the process, please have your order number ready.
